Exchange & Store Credit Policy
Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery for online orders or within 14 days of purchase for in-store purchases.
All merchandise must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, and have all original tags attached. Items that have been worn, used, altered, damaged, or have tags removed are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Approved returns are eligible for an exchange or store credit only.
Customers are responsible for shipping merchandise back to Unique Style for an exchange or store credit. If exchanging an item, customers are also responsible for the shipping cost to have the replacement item sent to them. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Before returning or exchanging an item, please email us at uniquestylebklyn@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange. Please do not send merchandise back without contacting us first.
Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected, we will process the approved exchange or issue store credit.
