Exchange & Store Credit Policy

For purchases made through our website

Unique Style offers exchanges or store credit only. Please contact us within seven calendar days after delivery.

Eligible merchandise may be exchanged for another available size or a different available item of equal or lesser value, or returned for store credit. If your replacement costs less, the remaining merchandise value will be issued as store credit.

Merchandise must be unused and in its original condition, with tags as supplied.

Contact uniquestylebkyln@gmail.com with your order number before returning merchandise. The seven-day deadline is for contacting us; your return does not have to arrive within those seven days. We process approved exchanges or store credit after receiving and inspecting the merchandise.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Unique Style pays to ship an approved replacement. Original shipping charges and return postage are not reimbursed under this standard policy. Later purchases using store credit follow the normal shipping charges shown at checkout.

Exchange and credit values are based on the amount paid after discounts, with applicable tax adjustments. Any unused store-credit balance remains available for later purchases.

We do not accept exchanges of merchandise purchased from other retailers.

Earlier purchases retain the terms applicable when purchased. A written copy of this policy is available on request.

This policy does not affect applicable legal rights.

UK and EU statutory cancellation rights

For online consumer purchases covered by UK or EU cancellation law, you may cancel without giving a reason from the time you order until 14 days after you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, receives the goods. For one order delivered separately, the period starts after the last item is received. Any extension required by law applies.

Tell Unique Style of your decision by a clear statement sent to uniquestylebkyln@gmail.com or to 9611 Glenwood Road, Brooklyn, NY 11236, United States. You may use the optional cancellation form below, but you do not have to. Send the goods back within 14 days after telling us you are cancelling. You normally pay the direct return-postage cost; this does not apply where the law makes us responsible.

For a qualifying cancellation, we reimburse without undue delay the payments required by law, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a reimbursement fee. Extra delivery costs above our least expensive standard option are not reimbursed.

For UK cancellations involving returned goods, reimbursement is due within 14 days after we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. If we have offered to collect the goods, or no goods were supplied, reimbursement is due within 14 days after your notice. For EU cancellations, reimbursement is due within 14 days after your notice, but, unless we have offered to collect the goods, we may withhold it until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier.

You may inspect the goods as you reasonably could in a store. You are responsible only for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, where the law allows this. The standard seven-day deadline, no-refund rule and strict tags-and-condition requirements do not override these statutory rights.

Other legal rights

This policy does not limit mandatory remedies for goods that are faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fail to meet applicable consumer law, or any other mandatory cancellation rights.

In-store purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase.
